Mr. Chang is the founding member of Law Offices of Steven P. Chang. He bagan servicing the San Gabriel valley in private practice since 2002. Prior to private practice Mr. Chang worked for Department of Justice - Attorney General's Office and was an integral part of many key litigations. Mr. Chang then joined private practice with the law firm of Yoka & Smith, LLP where he further refined and perfected his litigation skills.
In 2002, realizing that the San Gabriel Community can be best served with a bilingual attorney who is truly bilingual and with a full understanding of the American and Chinese culture, Mr. Chang opened his private practice, specializing in Bankruptcy Law, Employment Litigation and Business Litigation.
Most recently, Mr. Chang filed an action against an insurance company for bad faith and denial of insurance coverage. Mr. Chang obtained a confidential settlement of over $2,000,000.00 for his client prior to trial.

Ms. Chou is a senior bankruptcy attorney with the Law Offices of Steven P. Chang. She has extensive experience with Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases.
Prior to joining the Law Offices of Steven P. Chang, she was a key member within the Law Firm Sabanatnam & Associates, focusing her practice on reorganization and consumer law practice. Ms. Chou specializes in Bankruptcy Law.
